We are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Development Executive to help us reach more companies and make our vision a reality.
In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will work closely with our Project team to develop and execute campaigns that effectively communicate Kelar Pacific’s value proposition. This is a senior-level position, ideal for a sales professional with a passion for the AEC industry and a track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers through outbound telephone calls, social prospecting (LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Bring new prospects and leads into the sales funnel, manage them through the pipeline, and work closely with the project team to close deals.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute a minimum of four outbound campaigns per month designed to engage high-value prospects and communicate the value proposition compellingly.
- Market Engagement: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments across Construction, Construction Technology, and Data Centers. Attend a minimum of two industry events per month to expand your network and generate leads.
- Sales Management: Track progress towards meeting sales goals by keeping Salesforce updated with prospecting details and next steps. Provide regular reports to the Chief Revenue Officer detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate and pitch Kelar Pacific’s value proposition to prospective customers, arranging follow-up appointments and demos. Leverage strategic account research to identify opportunities and key contacts, aligning outreach with the ideal customer profile.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Experience: Ideally 5+ years in Enterprise sales, with a proven track record in outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold calling. Experience in the Construction, AEC, or Construction Technology (ConTech) industries is highly desirable.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to independently drive sales activities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and articulating value propositions.
- Team Collaboration: A motivated team player and self-starter with a passion for sales and customer experience. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, Project team and customer success.
