The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective BeyondTrust customers and is key to the success of BeyondTrust What You’ll DoLead day-to-day operations of the sales development teamHire, train, develop, motivate and lead Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales goalsCollaborate with Sales teams to review qualification approach to maximize opportunitiesDevelop and improve sales enablement tools including drafting scripts, testing, messaging and documenting templates and processesMeasure, inspect and deliver on KPIsProvide an accurate assessment of pipeline and opportunity managementForecast weekly/monthly/quarterly bookingsEnsure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goalsIdentify, continuously improve, and integrate all sales processes and policies, as well as sales model optimizationPartner closely with Marketing and Channel teams to develop lead generation for net new and add-on salesLead cross-functional initiatives in support of sales process improvement and enablementOversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for assigned regionWhat You’ll Bring5+ years’ progressive experience as an inside sales professional3+ years of successful experience as a sales lead or managerExtensive experience using Salesforce for managing sales opportunities and teamExperience in developing demand generation campaigns to include the development of call scripts and success metricsDemonstrated leadership skills in coaching and guiding teams to successExcellent analytical and business intelligence skillsDemonstrated ability to translate data and metrics into actionable business insightsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and business acumenCareer champion, with proven experience in coaching and developing reps and managersExperience selling softwareNice To HaveProactive problem solverManage priorities with clear communication and composureAdaptable in a high-growth and changing environmentHighly analytical in how you set goals and prioritize initiativesExecutive presenceHigh-growth SaaS experience a plus, with Cybersecurity a plusBetter TogetherDiversity
