We're seeking a driven Sales & Development Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing sales through strategic engagement and relationship-building.
Position Details
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyzing market trends and potential client needs to grow our customer base.
- Offer personalized consultations, crafting tailored catering solutions that meet clients' thematic, budgetary, and logistical needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to offer innovative solutions and improve our service offerings.
- Build and strengthen relationships through networking events and tastings, enhancing our market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful materials to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through prompt follow-up, addressing concerns, and fostering ongoing partnerships.
- Work with leadership to set and achieve sales goals, evaluate event profitability, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Most importantly, we expect you to show up for yourself, your team, and our clients.
Requirements, Skills, and Strengths
- A minimum of 2 years in sales, with a proven track record in new business development and lead management.
- Solid background in the catering and hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of its nuances, honed over 2 years or more.
- Exceptional service orientation, with a focus on creating memorable client experiences.
- Effective communicator and networker, intent on building meaningful connections.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient at multitasking and problem-solving.
- Self-driven, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Passion for exceptional food experiences and a commitment to sustainability and inclusivity.
