About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for TeamUP. You'll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential clients, identify their engineering needs, and introduce them to our network of top-tier engineering talent. We'll provide you with comprehensive training on our industry-leading sales process, cutting-edge technology tools, and the unique skillsets of our engineering contractors. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough prospect research and identify qualified leads aligned with our ideal client profile (ICP).
- Utilize various outreach channels (phone, email, social media) to connect with potential clients and build rapport.
- Understand client needs and challenges related to engineering talent acquisition.
- Deliver impactful presentations showcasing TeamUP's value proposition and diverse skill sets offered.
- Effectively handle objections and navigate sales conversations to schedule qualified sales appointments.
- Maintain a CRM system, tracking interactions and lead progress.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
