About The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Accusoft plays a pivotal role in driving our lead qualification efforts. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, the SDR will engage in activities directly related to generating and qualifying leads. Key responsibilities include executing outbound email nurture programs, managing data entry and collection, cold calling, providing CRM data support, and setting appointments. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating communication between top-of-funnel prospects and internal technical and sales resources, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales pipeline. This role is crucial in fueling our growth and expanding our customer base.
Ways You Will Contribute to Our Collective Success
- Meet or exceed goals.
- Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data.
- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with ideal-fit customers
- Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/Directors) who have enquired about the company's product or service.
- Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects.
- Research your prospect's coworkers to find other stakeholders
- Follow up on existing contacts in your HubSpot to identify new potential needs
- Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
The Background and Experience You Need to Support Success
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related disciplines; 1+ years in a sales development or related sales field or B2B sales environment preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a role that has helped develop your ability to solve problems, think critically, effectively communicate verbally, provide customer service
- An understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques and tactics
- Ability to collaborate and develop strategic plans
- Appreciation for and a willingness to utilize technology to achieve desired business results.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience with enterprise CRM system
- Experience with Hubspot or similar systems
