Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to target and expand our IT outsourcing services sector. This role is crucial for generating new business by identifying and nurturing potential client relationships, establishing our presence in the outsourcing market, and contributing to our long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients through email, social media, and cold calls.
- Lead Qualification: Research prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads using specific criteria to ensure alignment with our IT outsourcing offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings and demos with qualified prospects for the sales team, ensuring high attendance through diligent follow-up.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM, updating statuses and tracking key metrics.
What will you do
- ❖ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential partners for SAT.
- ❖ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the addressable market
- ❖ Set the pace for the Channel team as a top performer in Prospecting and engaging with potential partners (MSP’s, MSSP’s, Resellers, etc.)
- ❖ Identify needs, qualify and introduce SAT’s offering.
- ❖ Execute daily goals and metrics in regard to calls made, emails sent, accounts sourced, etc.
- ❖ Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and account managers
