Sales Director - Rhythmos
Boulder, CO
About the Job
Role: Sales Director
About Us
Over the next couple of decades, our electricity grids will undergo the largest transition since their inception in the late 1800s. Solar is now the cheapest form of electricity, but it’s intermittent. A modern electric vehicle can effectively double the electricity draw of a normal home, completely upending the way utilities plan for, build out, and operate the grid. If left unmanaged, these ‘behind-the-meter’ distributed energy resources (BTM DERs) can cause very real problems upstream.
Rhythmos is developing a Big Data analytics platform to help the industry understand and manage the challenges of BTM DERs. It’s a multidisciplinary pursuit, and we are building a multidisciplinary team that seamlessly blends the world of software and advanced analytics (AI/ML, optimization, grid analytics) with energy and power systems to give the industry the tools they need to pragmatically solve the problems that matter as we decarbonize the grid and electrify transport.
