Job Title: Sales Director

Location: 115 Perimeter Center Pl NE, Suite 949, Atlanta, GA 30346

Salary: Base Plus = Realistic $150K+ Yearly Income

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage inside/outside sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the FirstChoice - Happy Hiring division.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
