We are currently hiring for a Sales Director- GCC to join our team in Pune/Bangalore
Job Description:
Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in selling Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions to multinational corporations. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth for our GCC offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new clients for our GCC services.
- Understand the needs and challenges of multinational corporations seeking to establish or expand their GCC presence in India.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client organizations.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of our GCC solutions.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, IT, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with global clients.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in GCC development and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition for multinational corporations.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT landscape and its advantages for GCC establishment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
