Are you an Accomplished Sales Professional with Proven Success leading a Sales Department and team? Are you both a Strategic and Tactical Leader with the ability to sell new logos & build long-term relationships with clients as well as hands-on to coach and mentor a team? If so, this Sales Director position may be a match for you!
The Sales Director reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for sales of new logos in the United States to new client prospects, managing existing accounts and growing accounts. You will manage the sales department and team to drive company growth through leadership, collaboration and coaching to exceed company and team goals.

Background Profile:
- Bachelors degree
- 8+ years of progressively responsible Sales experience including managing a Sales department and team
- Tech Industry and Data Center/Hosting experience - required
- Proven Sales & Business Development track record of exceeding sales goals & driving team success
- You have built, hired, trained and coached successful sales teams
- You are a Self-starter who thrives on building knowledge of the market trends and new strategies for business growth
- You are an Outstanding Communicator and relationship-builder who is a servant leader and business partner with the ability to connect with all levels of leadership
- You would describe yourself as highly organized, enjoys planning projects with great attention-to-detail and time management skills
