With over 30 years of experience, they’ve assisted more than 1,000 researchers in understanding metabolism, nutrition, and disease presence. Their work has contributed to diagnosing rare gastro diseases and advancing drug discoveries. Now, under new leadership, they aim to expand into new segments, backed by institutional investors and family offices. They’re currently seeking a Sales Director for their medical testing division to drive growth and manage key client relationships.

They’re currently seeking a Sales Director for their medical testing division to drive growth and manage key client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with the largest client, handling troubleshooting, weekly reporting, and price negotiation.
- Lead the admin/customer support team.
- Drive growth in the B2B medical testing business by selling to existing and new clients, particularly hospitals and large health centers.
- Oversee kit building operations and logistics supporting the medical testing business.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the medical testing division.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful experience in Sales or Business Development.
- 1-2 years of people management experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and influencing decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching and mentorship.
- Innovative thinker willing to experiment to improve team performance.
- Motivated to make an impact in a fast-growing organization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Lead Navigator, or equivalent tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of medical testing, laboratory testing, and sales for large healthcare institutions.
