Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is critical in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales strategy, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in sales enablement. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.
This role is open to candidates located in the following locations, Vancouver BC, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

What You'll Do
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team
- Conduct onboarding for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid productivity
- Provide ongoing training on new processes, sales techniques, and market trends
- Content Management:
- Create, manage, and distribute sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies
- Ensure sales team access to up-to-date and relevant content
- Collaborate with marketing to align content with sales strategies
- Sales Tools and Technology:
- Implement and manage sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, sales automation tools)
- Train the sales team on effective use of these tools
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales technology use
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Develop and refine sales processes and methodologies
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales process
- Ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations
- Performance Metrics and Analytics:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor sales activities and outcomes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment
- Gather feedback from the sales team to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Foster communication and collaboration between departments to support sales efforts
What You'll Bring:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Skills:
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in sales tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales enablement platforms)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
- Nice to have:

- Salesforce Admin Certification

- The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
