You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to organize and execute training and certification programs that ensure Cresta’s GTM team has everything they need to serve our customers effectively
The primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of enablement programming, from ideation to delivery to measurement and communication.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain sales training materials, including presentations and reference documentsLead the organization and execution of sales training programmingMonitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiativesCommunicate with key stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and stakeholder awarenessManage logistical aspects of sales enablement tools and platforms, such as content & learning managementQualifications We Value:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience5+ years of experience in a Sales, CS, or Enablement role at a high growth technology companyExcellent organizational skills and a deep-seated desire to bring structure and organization to the chaos of a fast moving start-upExperience managing complex and challenging projects and ensuring they are delivered effectivelyStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentA proactive approach and a genuine curiosity for how AI can solve key challenges within the contact centerPerks & Benefits: We offer Cresta employees a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needsFlexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blendPaid parental leave to support you and your familyMonthly Gym & Phone allowanceWork from home office stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.Lunches and dinners included for in-office employees via GrubhubCompensation: Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits
