Job Description Summary:
Join our team of elite professionals at Rocket! As part of our Sales Center of Excellence, you will leverage a diverse set of skills to drive sales performance and ensure the sales organization achieves continued growth.
Your strength lies in leading and executing programs and sales communications. As the Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our sales readiness programs, which include learning materials, content, training, resources, and strategic sales meetings at Rocket.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Project Management: You will manage internal and third-party programs, training sessions, and key strategic sales meetings. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Demonstrate a track record of efficiently executing projects on time and within budget. Leverage your creativity and tenacity to navigate obstacles and challenges as they arise.
+ Sales Communications: Create & execute various sales communications including managing global team mailboxes and associated calendars. Create and contribute to presentation decks as part of program execution and communication.
+ Data Management: Consolidate and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities and drive internal decision-making. You will also be responsible for file and data management including creation, updates, development and maintenance of our central SharePoint portals and repositories.
+ Administrative Management: You will be the key administrator for the center of excellence tools including SharePoint, Smartsheet, Survey Monkey and SharePoint portals.
+ Procurement and Vendor Management: Coordinate and support our third-party vendors and partners, including overseeing operational execution and managing the procurement process for ongoing requirements and renewals
+ Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in a similar role within sales enablement, readiness, or center of excellence, with a proven track record of success in a software or technical organization.
+ Experience and strong understanding of a high-performance sales organization in a software or technical sales environment.
+ Proven track record of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time and within budget.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
+ Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment.
+ Project or program management designations are a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $102,946.00 - $128,682.60 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
