About the Job
- Onboard new sales staff in assigned geographies, BUs or teams via a blended approach of Instructor-led (ILT) and Computer Based Training (CBT) interventions supported by our sales LMS; This could include international travel to support emerging markets and partners
- Provides project and change management support to LMS deployments across new geographies or BUs when needed
- Understands business strategy to deliver impactful learning offerings which accelerate the Company's Big Bets
- Develops ILT content and supports ongoing development of LMS content in geographies/BUs via partnership with Instructional Designers
- Facilitate and coach to any training needs specific to a location where unique product/processes/systems and tools are in place for both new hires (where content is not included in onboarding) and to tenured consultants
- Facilitate, lead, promote, and role model training on our unique sales methodology - The Customer Decision Cycle (CDC)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrates preparation for the session
- Ability to provide agenda, relevance, clear instructions for the session, and up-to-date resources
- Anticipates potential challenges and has contingency plans. Sets expectations for participants
- Ability to manage time effectively and keep the session on track
- Ability to apply engagement techniques to encourage participation and ensures equal opportunity for input
- Ability to allow time for participants' questions/concerns and application (relevant practice) of the content
- Clarity of instruction confirms learners are able to do the required activity
- Explanations are clear, concrete and adequate
- Ability to use appropriate and inclusive language/conversation topics, maintains professionalism amongst the audience
- Ability to actively listen to participants and fosters a safe and inclusive environment
- Ability to build strong, trust based partnerships
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Uses empathy and customer obsession to solve for stakeholder needs
- Ability to provide feedback and evaluation of skills to learners
- Ability to facilitate and coach to any training needs specific to both new hires and tenured consultants
- Ability to coach both consultants and managers on effective execution of the selling skills, product, and process requirements
- Ability to develop training content and materials
- Experience writing performance-based learning objectives and assessing learning
- Understands Sales Process Familiar with Sales Methodologies, such as Challenger
- Experience using CRMs or Salesforce
- Skilled in discovery conversations, objection handling, and closing techniques
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
