Sales Engineer - CATSearch HR Consultancy Inc.

Location: Nicholasville, KY

Salary: Ranging from 70,000USD to 90,000USD annual + bonuses + benefits

Work setup: Hybrid, 7-5 Monday to Thursday (30-40hrs a week)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and suggest solutions.
• Act as the main technical resource, providing practical machining solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to create customized solutions.
• Provide technical input for accurate job estimates, including materials and timelines.
• Work with the Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and align solutions with business goals.
• Improve quoting and production processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on CNC machining advancements and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or manufacturing, preferably with CNC machining.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially CNC machining.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in quoting and estimating jobs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and the Account Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
