About the Job
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAJOR FACTORS IN EVALUATING PERFORMANCE:
Perform routine account management, business development and engineering work for the Sales department requiring exercise of judgment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare quotations for new business, including identifying risk, estimating cost, and determining subcontract requirements.
Monitor, advise, and in all aspects act as the Company primary point of contact with the assigned customers and sales territories. Monitor customer websites and portals for information pertinent to the Company.
Advise Company management of customer trends and new product opportunities. Act as the voice of the customer inside the Company.
Perform all required duties and responsibilities utilizing the highest ethical standards and maintaining Company confidentiality in all tasks.
Observe O'Fallon Casting code of conduct, safety and quality principles.
Perform other duties as required.
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in an engineering curriculum and 0-1 year of applicable experience, or 1-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
Must possess above average written and communicative skills.
Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.
Must be willing to travel on an as required basis.
Above average computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
