Required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong relationship-building and strategic selling skills.
Strong equipment/technical BAS/HVAC understanding.
Ability to comprehend drawings, schematics, and submittals and propose and manage alterations in the interest of FSG.
Niagara 4 TCP Certification
Ability to give presentations in front of various groups and to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs & Google Slides, or the Microsoft equivalent
Contribute to the team. Speak up and challenge others when you disagree. Share your knowledge.
Be accountable to yourself, your co-workers, vendors, and customers.
Travel and stay overnight up to 25%, depending on the needs of the business.
Must be positive and collaborative.
Ability to multitask while staying organized.
Preferred
Minimum four years of Building Automation/Controls experience
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (or similar field)
Experience with EMS/BAS solutions, including Distech, Novar, Honeywell, Siemens, Tridium/Niagara, BASview, or JCI.
