We proudly serve Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
The Technical Sales Engineer, Level l, is an extension of the Homeland Safety Systems (HSS) growth team and is responsible for translating a customer's business need into a technology solution. The Sales Engineer is a subject matter expert on all HSS technology solutions and validates that the proposal packages presented to customers align with HSS core technologies and represent holistic, accurate solutions.
In this role you will…
- Technology Expert: Build and maintain a vast knowledge of security systems, product
- sets, and overall technologies designed and installed by HSS.
- Sales Savvy: Understand customer expectations and how they relate to HSS technology
- solutions. Participate in the sales process and have a key understanding of closing deals
- with clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HSS growth team to produce proposal packages that
- meet customer's expectations.
- Tech-Driven Guidance: Conduct basic training on new technologies or product sets.
- Contribute to HSS knowledge base and tech training.
- Company Culture: Advocate and promote the company's values, goals, and best practices
- to clients, ensuring consistent alignment with HSS vision and mission.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate regarding safety and security needs, ensuring
- customer feedback is heard and addressed appropriately.

- Proven experience in low voltage security systems and technologies.
- Think outside the box when it comes to customer needs and security integration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated to problem solving and persevering in difficult circumstances
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn from those around you and proactively grow knowledge.
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
