Responsibilities:
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor activity to stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, new product releases, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Market Research: Collect and analyze up-to-date marketplace information to keep the company ahead of emerging industry trends and identify opportunities for product or service improvement.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to assist in defining and developing new products that align with market demand and customer needs.
- Product and Service Recommendations: Proactively recommend changes to products, services, and company policies based on insights gained from customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, developing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Management Support: Work with sales management to assist in product planning, sales forecasting, and marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM.
- 3+ years of sales experience in
- Understanding of basic electricity and associated terminology.
