Sales/Enrollment Representative - Pacific Edge Sports Academy INC

This position is in the Communications Department and works closely with our Customer Relations Manager and our Communications Director. Our Communications Department can be seen as similar to sales departments you may see within gyms or health clubs, but we are more focused on helping our customers get enrolled into classes that best fit their individual needs rather than being focused on the sale. We are key to creating a positive first experience for the families we serve, so our priority is to make sure we are wholeheartedly taking their best interest into account when finding the proper enrollment for them.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Greet & tour all Walk-in leads, First Time Members, or previous members that have come back
• Call & Email any new Leads that come in from all sources
• Send first day, trial day, or we missed you on your first day emails to leads
• Enroll members into the class that fits them best
• Collect payment methods & charge accounts upon enrollment
• Make members aware of our policies & closures upon enrollment
• Assist members in downloading & using our app
• Work with managers to set goals & create or update policies & procedures
• Engage with customers (adults & children) in a friendly and professional manner
• Book Enrollment Appointments on the Appointments Tab on iClassPro with Leads who call over the phone & want to come in

Desired Skills & Characteristics:

• Loves to talk to all types of people & assist them in finding what they need & want
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong self-management skills, productivity minded, and highly accountable
• Experience in sales & customer service preferred by not required
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in high stress situations

Minimum availability of two days per week for at least 2-hour shifts required. While our scheduling can be flexible with proper notice, we are looking for candidates who have consistent availability.

MON 3-8pm
TUE 3-8pm
WED 2:30-8pm
THU 10:15am-1:30pm, 3-8pm
FRI 3-8pm
SAT 8:15am-1:30pm (1:30-9pm for events)
SUN - CLOSED

The bolded times are the shifts we are in most need of hiring for.

Salary Range: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on industry experience)
