Position Details:
Title: Sales Executive
Openings in the following territories (candidates can live near any major metro in the state(s) of their assigned territory):
--- ME/NH/VT
--- MA/CT/RI
--- TN/AR
--- MS/AL
--- Ohio
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: Base Salary $70k-$80k + commission (10% commission on everything sold and 20% commission on anything over last year's sales number)
Benefits: Generous PTO & Paid Holidays / 401(k) with 4% match / Company paid Life Insurance / Stock options
Travel: 80% travel with remote work on non traveling days (all travel will be within assigned territory)
Position Description:
This position is field based, and the incumbent will travel approximately 80% of the time within the territory. You will be responsible, under director level supervision, for initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients (as of now all clients are VA hospitals/VA outpatient clinics). The device you will be selling is a pain management device indicated for post procedural pain providing a non-narcotic option for veterans experiencing chronic/acute pain.
--- Performs initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients.
--- Conducts product in-services to current clients as needed.
--- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the use, operation, and maintenance of system.
--- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of competitor products.
--- Develops sales plan according to the objectives of the company.
Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree required
--- Detail-oriented; flexibility and creativity.
--- Interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Preferred Experience:
--- Military leadership experience
--- Familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to pain management (preferred not required)
--- Familiar with HIPAA requirements as they pertain to the DME field (preferred not required)
