Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry to join our fully remote national sales team. If you are looking for a niche in the staffing industry that is driving innovation in how staffing services are delivered, this is an excellent opportunity for you to explore.
You will be part of a forward-thinking team, helping to grow our clients US market share. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition (MSP for Direct Hire) and Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services to Enterprise and Mid-Market clients across the US. If you are a true hunter in sales, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and target large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through client onboarding.
- Navigate and influence complex sales cycles and decision-making processes.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events to network and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- US Residency is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering) to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
- 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS.
- Established network within the Talent Ecosystem, including key relationships with TA, Procurement, MSP, and CW Program leaders.
- Proven success in acquiring net new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
