About the Role

If you have in-home sales experience in any field, like HVAC, home improvements, pest control, carpet cleaning or any other industry that used a sales process for success, we want to talk to you!

Your position will include a company vehicle and fuel card with only up to 25% overnight travel.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Coach current teams in effective communication, and sales process.

• Lead by example - using the process and methods taught

• Has experience and success in in-home sales
• Enjoys mentoring and teaching others
• Understand and be able to teach value-added selling

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead
