Sales Integrity Project Manager – Enterprise Wireline - AT & T

Job Description:

Create, foster, and drive a culture of sales integrity within AT&T Enterprise Business sales channels.

NOTE:  This role is with the Sales Integrity Operations (SIO) team under the Integrity & Compliance group.  Applicants MUST have at least 2 years experience in AT&T Enterprise Business Sales channel (sales, sales support, or management).

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Manage and own the end-to-end identification, reporting, and mitigation of sales integrity concerns occurring in AT&T Business Enterprise Markets.

Skills or Experience Needed: 

• Experienced Project Manager with exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.  Ability to explain the context of a sales integrity issue, how it impacts the business, and identify and manage end-to-end control implementation.
• Expert-level understanding of Wireline policies, process, system flows, commissions, etc., especially as it relates to Enterprise Markets.
• Knowledge of commission plans across various Enterprise Business Sales teams, Solution Providers, and TSDs. 
• Persuasive abilities: Able to influence key stakeholders about the importance and urgency of key initiatives and appropriate solution.
• Expert knowledge of various systems to process sales and research Wireline accounts, including Sales Express, ROME, AVSQ, IGLOO, SSPP, Business Center, Salesforce, and more.
• Ability to manage large cross-functional projects across multiple AT&T organizations.
• Recent job experience in Business Sales, Sales Support, or Management (preferred 2+ years in Enterprise Business).
• Demonstrate analytical skills: Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and build business cases. Able to identify data sources and data elements necessary to illustrate sales integrity schemes and identify behavioral outliers.
• History of sound judgment and decisiveness – ability to make decisions about necessary controls or tactics to mitigate risk.
• Proficient and able to work on an Excel spreadsheet project for extended period of time.
• Able to handle pressure of a high-priority project.

Our Principal Compliance Analysts earn between Geo Zone N2: $116,700 - $175,100 & Geo Zone N3: 130,700 - $196,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
