Sales Intern - Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group

Johnstone Supply is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, allowing you to develop essential skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation

• Identify potential leads through research cold-calling, and email outreach to build a robust sales pipeline

• Assist in reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products or services

• Aid in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients

• Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client information, ensuring data accuracy

• Support the team by gathering and analyzing market data to help identify sales opportunities and potential growth areas

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth processes and resolve client issues as they arrive

• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales activities and results to the Sales Manager

• Hands-on experience with seasoned sales professionals

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
