We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 8-week summer internship program. As an intern with Gunner, you will gain practical experience, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.

As an intern within our Sales team, you will learn about the home selling process, home buyer experience, and customer service experience as well as providing sales support for the division.
Functions:
- Work closely with internal business leaders to learn the industry, the Gunner business model and how to be a strong closer
- Learn our core values and why they drive everything we do
- Translate classroom experience into practical application during the internship
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving other interns and business leaders centered around current business challenges
- Present real world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or graduate's degree
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs in real-time.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to and/or lead project teams.
- Open to learning new things, curious by nature.
- Experience interacting with individuals across multiple levels of reporting including senior leaders.
- Demonstrates a DFW (Down For Whatever) Attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility
Salary Range: $18-$20 depending on academic year.
