The Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales performance and leading a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store or sales department. The Sales Lead will also play a key role in training and developing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
