As the leader of this team, you will be a key contributor to our continued growth, guiding a team of high-performing Account Managers to achieve and exceed their renewal and expansion revenue targets
This is a high-visibility role requiring a strategic mindset, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven track record in managing sales teams within a SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive your team to achieve and surpass renewal and expansion revenue targetsCoach, mentor, and motivate individual team members to reach their full potential and contribute to a high-performing team cultureDevelop and implement strategies to ensure consistent growth, retention, and satisfaction of our client baseAnalyze sales forecasts, pipeline data, and other key performance metrics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisionsAssist team members through the sales cycle by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions provide valueParticipate in client-facing meetings to provide real-time coaching and gather insights into client engagement and feedbackCollaborate with leadership to refine and scale a repeatable sales processRecruit, hire, and onboard new team members, preparing them for future growth opportunitiesFoster a positive, proactive environment that encourages ongoing learning and improvementRequirements: At least 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a frontline sales management roleDemonstrated success in consistently exceeding quotas in a SaaS renewal and growth capacityProven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales teamExperience designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives using data-driven and empirical analysisStrong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, scale-up environmentStrong proficiency in prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing dealsA collaborative, can-do attitude with the agility to quickly adapt to changing circumstancesWe look forward to hearing from you!
