Is this commission-only?
Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary of $30,000, plus receive an aggressive tiered commission plan on top of that.
Compensation Information:
This full-time Insurance Producer position comes with a salary of $2500-3000/month depending experience and licensing. In addition to the base salary, there are commission earnings that range from $1500-$3500, although there is no cap to commission earnings. There is a realistic opportunity to make six-figures selling insurance!!!
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- Expand business reach through networking techniques.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
- Build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Attend marketing events and community network events (not required outside of office hours).
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance preferred but not required. Licensed producers will fall on the higher side of the sliding base!
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Social personality
- Obtain Life/Health license within the first 3 months of employment.
