Position summary
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible to provide professional leadership for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and personally sell Arvig Answering Solutions services, ensuring an excellent employee experience and excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
You are required to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of demonstrated sales experience
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the consultative selling philosophy
- Expert understanding of the call center industry
- Ability to travel overnight on occasion for client visits and tradeshows
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales or related field
- 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
Schedule
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Location
This position can be located in St. Cloud/Roseville, MN.
