We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Account Executives and other sales professionals, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners. This role will play a critical part in shaping sales strategy, managing high-level accounts, and driving the team’s performance toward achieving multi-million-dollar revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives and sales professionals, ensuring they achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with LeasePoint’s goals, driving business growth and expanding market share in the healthcare equipment financing space.
- Revenue Accountability
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring they generate millions in revenue while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Vendor Program Oversight
- Manage key vendor program relationships at a high level, ensuring successful partnerships and continuous growth of vendor-driven sales opportunities.
- Team Performance Management
- Set performance metrics, track progress, and provide coaching and feedback to optimize individual and team results.
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, credit, and operations teams to support the sales process, streamline workflows, and drive overall company success.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, track pipeline progress, and report results to senior management.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Support the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with key clients and vendors, and personally manage high-value accounts when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams
- Strong understanding of equipment financing, vendor programs, and the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in data-driven sales management tools and CRM software, particularly HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
