Overview:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify target markets, create sales plans, and develop promotional strategies to maximize revenue and reach occupancy goals.
- Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows; maintain a database of prospective clients and conduct follow-up to generate new bookings.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, respond to client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the marketing, front desk, and event management teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services for events and group bookings.
- Create and Present Sales Proposals: Develop customized proposals and pricing packages for clients, tailoring offerings to meet client needs and close sales effectively.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and seasonal demand to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Achieve Sales Targets and Report Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, track KPIs, and report on performance metrics to management.
- Typically 3-5 years in sales, preferably within hospitality or a related industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM software and hotel booking systems.
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards, sales cycles, and seasonal trends.
- Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and participate in events or trade shows as required.
