We’re Looking For a Sales Manager with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Verifiable results through third-party companies such as Zurich, JM&A, etc.
- Professional references will be required
- In-depth knowledge of financing processes, loan products, and financial regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
