Sales Manager & Coach - The Gifford Team

Summary
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a top team in Cincinnati. Looking to grow your real estate income through both sales and coaching? We may be the right fit. You’ll partner with The Gifford Team, team lead to coach and train the team earning an override on their transactions, your own commissions and team leads while getting personal coaching. We have systems, models, tools, and accountability that ensures access. Show up with the will & drive for success and the sky is the limit!
Responsibilities
- Actively learn and participate in the PLACE/Gifford Team process of lead generation & prospecting scripts
- Coach 10+ Agents
- Review New Agent Contracts for their first year
- Qualify Buyers and Sellers
- Take Buyer & Seller listings
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Track activities and clients in PLACE technology
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session & weekly trainings and partner calls
- Good computer skills to include Dotloop, Microsoft, and good email management
- Willing to work from the office several days per week.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of real estate experience with a current license
- Average of 12+ Transactions over the past 3 years
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team Player
