- Utilize your sales and leadership experience to lead, coach, & motivate our sales team to success and promote our company's profitability and long-term goals
- Maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, seek out and build new business connections, and pursue opportunities to take our business to the next level
- Support our team of account managers by acting as a coach and mentor, ensuring accurate account documentation, and assisting with escalated customer concerns or questions
- Provide agenda items for weekly sales and management team meetings
- Stay current on competitors' activities and new roofing solutions to ensure our company remains competitive in a changing market.
- Travel to our North Carolina location (approximately once a month) to support our NC sales team. All travel expenses are company-paid.

For over 18 years, WM Commercial Roofing has been providing customized commercial roofing solutions for customers throughout Ohio, from installation and replacement to repairs and preventative maintenance. Our skilled team of roofers provides superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to provide decisive leadership and energize our dedicated team of account managers. This is an ideal position for a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in sales and leadership, exceptional tenacity, and the ability to inspire teams towards achieving goals.
Our Sales Manager:
- Experienced: 5-10 years of experience in business-to-business sales. Previous experience in roofing, construction, building supplies, or construction trades sales is preferred but not required.
- Leadership: At least 5 years in a leadership/management role. Passionate about motivating others and driving results. Someone who expects results but leads through encouragement, support, and coaching.
- Communication Skills: Able to motivate others & communicate effectively and professionally with your team and our customers
- Computer Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and previous experience using a CRM is preferred
- Collaborative: Ability to build strong rapport with the team and our customers while also driving & motivating them to meet sales goals.
- Team Player: Self-less. Willing to put the needs and success of the team above themselves.
