Job Description:
As a Staffing Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of junior sales representatives and recruiters while maintaining an active sales desk. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by securing new business, developing client relationships, and setting a high standard of performance within the team.
What you will do:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior sales reps.
- Active Selling: Manage and grow your own book of business by selling staffing solutions to clients in the construction industry.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by setting and achieving sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support.
- Team Culture: Create and sustain a positive, winning culture within the team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with the companys growth objectives.
What we are looking for:
- 5-10 years of proven staffing sales experience, with a strong focus on the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success as a top performer, including multiple contests or Presidents Club wins.
- Experience managing and developing junior sales representatives and recruiters.
- Strong knowledge of Bullhorn ATS or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to set and conduct 10-12 client meetings per week.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
