Position Summary:
As an Outside Sales / Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for our company
You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 salespeople and directly engaging with customers to sell our home improvement products.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Lead and motivate a team of 3 salespeople to achieve sales targets.
Provide training, coaching, and support to develop your team's skills.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Acquisition: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, effectively demonstrating our products and services.
Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and confidence.
Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, bathrooms, and sunrooms.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to climb and carry a ladder to access roofs.
Compensation:
Salary plus commission or commission-only, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.------------------------------------------------------------------

Pay Range: Salary $40,000.00 to $45,000.00
