Sales Manager- ERP & IT Staffing at VFindit Global Inc

Must work from our Yardley, PA office this position does not offer work-from-home. Candidates will live within 15-30 minutes commuting distance of the office, own their transportation, and be able to drive to the office.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to Recruit, Lead, Manage, and hold the Sales teams Accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train new sales team members.
• Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments to optimize team efficiency.
• Establish guidelines and provide clear directions to the sales team.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to align with company objectives.
• Sales Processes: Develop, implement, and oversee winning sales processes.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership Team to contribute strategically.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Sales Leadership experience within IT / ERP Talent Search / Staff Augmentation firm
• Previous EOS experience is a BIG plus.
• Proven ability to manage a sales team
• Proven recruitment of sales hires
• Proven sales performance management
• Previous experience in setting up and managing sales processes.
• Strong cultural fit with the company and ability to hire accordingly.
