Salary: $140,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

In this role, you'll oversee a talented team with one clear goal: securing new business with the Detroit Three. With a firm focus on teamwork and collaboration, you'll provide strategic direction and ensure the team is working seamlessly to build relationships, meet targets, and secure those all-important business wins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Develop and execute strategies to target the Detroit Three (GM, Ford, Stellantis).
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering, program management) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Drive business growth through effective negotiation, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the automotive supply chain.
