What your future day will look like:
- Develop and lead activities for the sales team
- Provide sales training to team members
- Work with individual sales representatives ensuring sales forecasts are met or exceeded
- Strengthen and maintain account/customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities along with creating/executing sales strategies
- Travel to client facilities as needed (domestic/international)

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of industrial sales leadership experience with a proven track record of growing/cultivating sales teams
- 5+ years of technical/industrial sales experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and environments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (must have U.S. Passport)
- Excellent commmunication skills (written & verbal)
