We are seeking an onsite Sales Manager to join our team and take on the exciting challenge of driving pre-sale, sales, and customer success efforts for our spaces at two sites in Miami. As a key contributor, you will work with a diverse customer base, provide exceptional service, and play a pivotal role in their long-term success.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales, customer retention, success management, and the sale of our spaces at two prime locations in Miami.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is essential due to Miami's diverse customer base.
Experience: Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record in customer acquisition and retention.
Attitude: A proactive, positive "can-do" mindset when facing challenges.
Trust Building: Ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of a wide range of customers.
Independence: Capable of working independently to meet targets and goals, with the ability to promptly raise any concerns or issues.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: $80K-$90K
Bonus Structure: Quarterly bonuses based on personal KPIs, with the potential to earn up to 2 additional monthly salaries per year for reaching 100% of KPIs, and up to 6 additional monthly salaries per year for reaching 130% of KPIs.
Additional Information
Reporting: This is a single-function role, reporting directly to the City Lead in Miami.
