What you will be doing:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to assist in driving our expansion efforts in the Las Vegas market. In this role, you will work exclusively with a dedicated account, and you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the most suitable security solutions. You will lead the sales process from initial consultation to closing using your industry knowledge and provide tailored recommendations.

What your primary responsibilities will be:
Actively engage with potential clients, nurture long-term relationships, and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Highlight the advanced features and benefits of our cutting-edge CCTV, IP camera systems, access control, and video analytics solutions through impactful presentations.
Partner with clients to evaluate their security needs, design custom surveillance solutions, and provide tailored recommendations, supported by an experienced in-house technical team.
Identify new opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our footprint in the Las Vegas area.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while collaborating with our closure team to ensure efficient and timely transactions.
Continue working with clients post-sale, providing technical support by engaging our 24/7 technical staff for troubleshooting and system implementation.

What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably within the security or surveillance industry.
Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and local clientele is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, IP networking, NVRs, cloud storage solutions, and video analytics from a sales perspective.
Network+, Security+, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Pelco, Axis, Unity) are advantageous.
Demonstrated success in relationship-building, contract negotiation, and closing sales.
Experience in the security or surveillance field is essential.
Must comply with any Nevada-required sales licensing or related industry certifications.
Knowledge of federal and state surveillance laws is a plus.
Outstanding communication skills, listening skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with CRM software and computer fluency in MS Office
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally for client meetings
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
May be required to stand for long periods of time
Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work-related machinery
Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
May be required to travel up to 50% of the time dependent on the role
