Are you an experienced outside sales leader? Do you have experience with service based outside sales? Are you looking for an opportunity to grow a small B2B sales team within a professional firm?
THE RIGHT STAFF, LLC is looking to add a sales leader to their team. This role will serve as both a direct contributor and leadership member. You will be selling to existing and new corporate accounts in established Twin Cities territory, and will be overseeing and growing a small team of (1-2 additional) sales reps. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a B2B outside sales setting, selling a conceptual and consultative service and 1 or more years of experience in leading and driving a sales process.
Candidates should have a proven history of success with calling on and closing mid-to-senior level management clients. This individual will own the sales process, develop and train, additional sales staff, and be responsible for bringing business into the company.
Job Details:
• You will work 100% onsite and in the field. Be a part of a thriving and supportive company culture.
• Compensation consists of base salary and lucrative bonus structure, allowing you to earn a six figure income with no ceiling on your earnings potential. All your business expenses are reimbursed.
• Hours - 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday.
• No overnight or extended travel because you own a local territory.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of three to five years successful professional sales experience in B2B sales
• Must have at least 1 year of outside sales experience
• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience of sales staff.
• Highly skilled communicator, both written and oral, proficient at selling to all levels of management.
• Possess a high degree of self-management, multi-tasking skills and a winner's attitude.
• Proficient in basic software packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
