Job Title: Hybrid Sales Manager

Location: North Dallas (Plano, Addison, Frisco, McKinney areas)

Salary: $50,000 plus monthly commission - Uncapped earning potential

Job Qualifications: Sales Manager

• A minimum of two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or event management industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong networking skills and the ability to nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Knowledge of the North Dallas market and community is favorable

Job Responsibilities: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for an array of tasks, including:

• Identifying and targeting prospective clients and generating leads through various channels to increase bookings for group events, team outings, and corporate partnerships
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our venue as the ideal location for their events.
• Customizing sales pitches and presentations to resonate with each client and demonstrate how our attractions and services can provide exceptional event experiences
• Collaborating with management and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events and maximum revenue growth
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and providing feedback on customer trends to improve our offerings.
