The Role:
As the Solar Sales Manager, you will inspire and lead your team to meet and surpass sales goals. You will craft effective sales strategies, discover new business opportunities, and manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiations and closing. Your leadership will cultivate a customer-oriented culture focused on outstanding service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in solar sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Thorough understanding of solar energy generation, energy systems, and associated technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven history of meeting sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of solar sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Create and implement successful sales strategies for business growth.
- Identify new business prospects and foster strong relationships with potential clients.
- Manage the full sales process, from generating leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Provide continuous training and support to your sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns.
