Your New Role:
As the Sales Manager, you'll lead our service department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of electrical services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and train a team of technicians to ensure high performance, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Drive revenue growth by strategically placing technicians on jobs that match their skill sets.
- Implement and manage call-by-call coaching to improve sales and service quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and empowering work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

- Proven experience in service management with a focus on sales, coaching, and training.
- Strong understanding of revenue-driving techniques in the service industry.
- Although not required we prefer experience in sales with a strong background in home service sales.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and work independently.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- We have the technical side covered we need sales pros that know how to train, lead, and drive revenue.
