In this role, you will be directly responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, coaching agents, and ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the sales team to enhance performance, improve client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all regulations. This is a pivotal role that balances leadership with tactical execution, making sure that our team is set up for success in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Optimization: Analyze and implement strategies to reduce client acquisition costs while maintaining high-quality leads. Ensure that our marketing efforts and sales strategies are cost-effective and result in sustained growth.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide coaching. Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.
- CRM Management: Oversee the effective use of our CRM system, ensuring that it is fully utilized to track leads, manage client relationships, and improve overall efficiency.
- Client Experience: Ensure that every client interaction is positive and memorable. Work with the team to consistently deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations.
- Compliance Management: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and ensure the team’s adherence to compliance requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Implement process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a management role within real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in optimizing client acquisition costs and managing CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on enhancing client experience.
- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work hands-on, leading by example and getting involved in the day-to-day operations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
