- Sales Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the Home Comfort Advisor Manager.
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), KPIs, and a structured sales commission process.
- Hands-On Selling: Lead by example by going out into the field and selling while designing and refining the overall sales strategy.
- Team Mentorship: Create mentorship programs and leadership roles within the sales department, fostering professional growth.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied and loyal.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to work with warm leads, refresh the customer database, and increase conversions.
- Cold-Calling & CSR Team Direction: Direct the outbound sales team, including customer service representatives, to boost cold-calling efforts and enhance lead generation.
- Growth & Expansion: Continually optimize and build upon existing sales programs, preparing the department for long-term growth and success.
