As the Roofing and Renovation Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results. You'll work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure that every project, from initial consultation to final inspection, is managed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Your leadership will be essential in driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing continuous feedback and motivation to exceed sales targets.
- Implement and oversee sales strategies that drive profitability in the roofing and renovation sectors, ensuring a strong pipeline of projects.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of roofing and renovation projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Represent Timbertop Builders at local events and networking opportunities to promote our roofing and renovation services.
- Manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and permits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years in sales management within the roofing, renovation, or related industry, with a proven track record of success.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on driving sales performance.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing and renovation products, services, and sales techniques.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for business purposes.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time position.
- Base salary plus commission.
